Jamie Colby
Colby is an anchor, National News Correspondent, and Anchor for Fox News. He has been employed by the company since July 2003. Colby has worked as a reporter and anchor at CBS News, including as the fill-in anchor for CBS Up to the Minute. In the past, she was the CNN reporter. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby has a degree in law from the University of California and legally licensed in New York, California Florida as well as the District of Columbia. Colby has been awarded such awards like the Edward R. Murrow National Award in 2002 for her reporting on the September 11 terrorist attacks; Gracie Award for investigative reporting in 2000; and the Clarion Award from the Association for Women in Communications. Television Week named her "Rising News Actor to Watch". Apart from her career in journalism, Colby, an attorney was in private practice for 10 years. She began her law career through a Hollywood entertainment firm that sent her to The Tonight Show. She was working with Johnny Carson at the age of 22 throughout his contract renewal and divorce from NBC. Colby, a Fox Business reporter and host is reporting for Strange Inheritance since the beginning of January. The show covers unusual or quirky legacies that friends or family members leave behind.
